LEGENDS OF LUDO - TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (including the annexures) (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding obligation on the user (“you”, “your”, “user”) effective upon the earlier to occur of the date and time: (i) of your use or access of the website - http://legendsofludo.xyz/ or the Legends of Ludo mobile application (“Application”) available on play store, app store etc. (collectively, the “Website”); (ii) your receipt of any Rewards from us (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), any affiliate of the Company or from any third party. Each of you and the company is a “Party” and, together, the “Parties” to these Terms.
The Company has the right to amend these terms at any time by publishing the amended version of the terms on the Website. The Company can also amend these terms if there is any change in the laws or regulations, or any new or amended interpretation of such laws or regulations, or any action by any regulator or public authority which may, directly or indirectly, affect the project, the Company etc.
Your continued use of the Website or access to the Rewards or usage thereof after any amendments or alterations of these Terms shall constitute your consent hereto and acceptance hereof. You must also monitor the Website or the Company’s social media channels for any announcements from the Company as they may add to, or change, these terms and conditions from time to time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access the Website, acquire any Rewards and use the Website or undertake any activity in relation to the Legends of Ludo game/project (“Project”). You must also ensure that you belong to a country/jurisdiction that allows you to access the Website, acquire any Rewards and it is your sole responsibility to adhere to applicable laws. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally turn down any request to acquire any Rewards and/or use the Website , and shall have no obligation to justify or outline the reasons for any rejection. Although the Website may be accessible worldwide, the Company reserves the right to limit, in its sole discretion and without providing any justification related thereto, the persons and geographic areas which can use or access the website.
The Company reserves the right to block the IP addresses from any jurisdiction from which participants are not accepted, and shall have no obligation to justify or outline the reasons for any rejection at any time.

You can download the Application from Google Play Store, subject to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of the app store.
Registration: You can use and/or access the Application by creating an account on the Application using your mobile device by providing your email ID or using other social media logins provided on the Application (“Account”).
By using the Application, you agree to limit access to your mobile device to prevent unauthorized use of your Account on the Application or any unauthorized access to and use of the services using your credentials. You will be responsible for any activity under your Account for informing us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your Account is likely to be used in an unauthorized manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us are accurate and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when signing-up.
Game on the Application
We offer Legends of Ludo, an online free to play, play to earn skill-based game through our Application. In our view, this game rewards skills, such as knowledge of the game, familiarity with rules, experience, reflexes, practice, etc. You must note that your success or/and performance depends predominantly upon their training, attention, experience and adroitness in playing this game and less on chance.
To play Legends of Ludo, you will need to join the Leaderboards which may or may not require procurement of entry passes. Please note that entry to the Leaderboards requiring entry passes are optional and that playing any game on the Application does not require any entry fee.
